A top to bottom renovation of the Millennium Hotel in Minneapolis has transformed the property into a world-class business hotel. Working with RSP Architects, we concentrated on public spaces beginning with the expanded lobby – a series of flowing spaces to wait, work alone or in groups, have small meetings, greet friends and relax.
Linking these spaces are a 2-sided fireplace and a corner bar and restaurant – North 45 that features local craft beers and regional cuisine.
22,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space delivers state-of-the-art lighting, sound and Internet capabilities; it is highlighted by the lobby level Grand Ballroom with 14 foot ceilings and the flexibility to hold both corporate and social events.
