This 355,000 square foot project designed for the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa boasts a gaming floor of over 57,000 square feet. The Black Bear Resort and Casino development includes a 12-story 250-room hotel, a 4-story parking ramp that will add over 1,400 parking spaces, a 32,000 square foot event center, and a 600 seat bingo hall.
The facility design includes a steakhouse, buffet-style restaurant, and a deli. There is also a cabaret with seating for 120 guests, two retail shops, a tanning salon, arcade, and business center.
Through a rigorous design process, Black Bear Resort and Casino has transformed into one of the top resort destinations in Minnesota.
