The Hotel Zamora, a beautiful Mediterranean-style property, was purchased by Sherman Associates as part of their growing hospitality portfolio. Based in Minneapolis, Sherman has been known for over 40 years for their vision-oriented approach to development. One of their core principles is bringing innovative solutions to everything they do — and The Hotel Zamora was no exception. Sherman worked in collaboration with DLR Group and Aurora on the project, as well as local installers to complete the project.

Bethany Qvale served as Aurora’s Account Executive, managing The Hotel Zamora project. Her team was responsible with providing FF&E for the lobby, guestrooms, corridors, ‘get ready’ suite, and pool deck.
